1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mergai's "Engineering Governance Autopilot" platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

Mergai provides AI-powered pull request auditing, governance enforcement, and risk intelligence services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to ensure engineering excellence and security standards.

3. Data Privacy & Code Access

Our "Decision Intelligence" engine requires temporary access to your source code repositories via GitHub Apps. We do not store your full source code permanently and do not use customer data to train our proprietary audit models.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through Polar.sh. Usage limits (PR analysis depth, frequency) are tied to your selected tier. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in the suspension of automated governance gates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mergai is provided "as is". While our AI audits catch high-risk patterns, we are not responsible for any security breaches, rollbacks, or engineering incidents that may occur in your production environments.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the high operational costs associated with our AI Decision Intelligence engine, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
